We offer free delivery within Kathmandu Valley for orders above NPR 5,000. For orders below NPR 5,000, a flat delivery fee of NPR 200 applies. Deliveries outside the Valley are charged based on distance and courier service rates. You can see the exact delivery cost at checkout before placing your order.
For Kathmandu Valley, orders are typically delivered within 24-48 hours. For locations outside the Valley, delivery takes 3-7 business days depending on the destination. Cash on Delivery orders may require additional verification time. You will receive a tracking update once your order is dispatched.
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfer, and mobile payments including eSewa, Khalti, and ConnectIPS. For verified business customers, we also offer credit terms on approved accounts. All online payments are processed through secure gateways.
Yes, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery for defective or incorrect items. Products must be in their original packaging with all accessories. Yes, all products come with a manufacturer warranty. Security cameras and DVRs/NVRs carry a 1-year warranty. Cables and accessories carry a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty covers hardware defects but does not cover damage from improper installation, physical damage, or water damage.

Our trained technicians will visit your site, install the equipment, and ensure everything is working properly. Installation charges vary based on the complexity of the setup. The right camera depends on your specific requirements. For outdoor use, we recommend weatherproof bullet or dome cameras with at least 4MP resolution and infrared night vision.
