The Fully Automatic Water Filling Machine (30–50 BPM) is a high-performance industrial bottling solutiondesigned for packaged drinking water plants, mineral water factories, and commercial beverage units. This machine integrates automatic rinsing, precise filling, and secure capping in a single continuous operation, ensuring high output, hygiene, and reliability as per international standards
Built with SS 304 construction and SS 316 contact parts, the machine delivers consistent filling accuracy, low wastage, and long operational life, making it ideal for 250 ml to 2000 ml bottles in small to medium-scale production lines.
Machine Operation Overview
🔹 Infeed Air Conveyor
Empty bottles are fed manually or directly from a blow molding machine through an air conveyor system. High-pressure air conveys bottles safely by the neck without size changeover adjustments
.🔹 Rinse Rotor (No Bottle – No Rinse)
Spring-loaded grippers invert each bottle for rinsing using product water. Each bottle is rinsed for up to 3 seconds, drained, and uprighted before filling, ensuring hygiene and zero water wastage
.🔹 Filling Rotor (Vent Tube Technology)
Uses an internationally approved vent pipe filling system for accurate level filling with ±5 ml accuracy. The filling tank level is automatically controlled by a PLC-based electronic probe
.🔹 Cap Picking & Capping System
Caps are picked automatically with a No Bottle – No Cap mechanism, ensuring smooth and error-free sealing
.🔹 Automatic Cap Elevator
Ground-mounted SS 304 cap hopper (1500 caps capacity) automatically feeds and orients caps. Sensors stop and restart the elevator based on cap availability
.🔹 Outfeed Slat Conveyor & Inspection
Filled bottles are discharged onto an SS 304 slat conveyor with fluorescent inspection light and bottle counting sensor. Bottles then move for manual sleeve labeling, heat shrink tunnel labeling, and carton packing
